Welcome to The Winnetka Club
Since its beginnings in 1908, The Winnetka Club has been an integral part of the civic and philanthropic life in Winnetka and throughout the North Shore.
We’re glad you’ve come to our website and hope you’ll consider joining us. Our membership is comprised of people with diverse interests and backgrounds living throughout the North Shore.
Members share ideas, creativity and social time with a group committed to building a solid future for residents and the community.
The Winnetka Club (formerly, The Winnetka Woman’s Club) has a well-recognized history of service during times of economic expansion, depression, war and peace. We are committed to supporting charitable and civic service projects. Today, one of our key programs provides scholarships to graduating seniors living in the New Trier Township. In 2015, The Winnetka Club made financial contributions to 16 other local 501c3 charities and recently supported community events including The Veteran’s Day program and The Martin Luther King Day of Service.
As we continue into the next century, members of The Winnetka Club believe that local actions make a difference in our lives and that of our neighbors. We serve the greater North Shore by creating civic opportunities in our neighborhoods, improving our community, honoring our local heroes, and donating proceeds to charitable organizations in the greater North Shore area.
